Return Policy
We do not accept returns of items in good, usable condition. If your item is defected or damaged please contact us via email with your order number to request a return. For a return to be accepted, item must be unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at Prettyxprinted@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for shipping the item back to the return address on the original shipping label
Damages x Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case you recieved your vase and the glass insert is broken, send us a message and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
